Our Values

No church is exactly like another. Each church has a set of core values that govern its direction and character. These values demonstrate the ministry philosophy and spiritual DNA of our church. They have become pillars for Lighthouse Christian Center--pillars of wisdom and faith.

Word

We are building our church on God’s purpose and pattern as revealed in the Holy Scriptures.

Faith

We are committed to being a house of faith and our confession is: We believe!

Love

We are committed to loving people as Christ loved us and providing unity and fellowship in the bond of peace.

Spirit

We are dependent on the direction, witness and empowerment of the Holy Spirit for effective ministry.

Worship

We embrace the presence of God in all our gatherings by worshipping in Spirit and in truth.

Prayer

We are devoted to personal and corporate prayer and intercession.

Miracles

We trust in the miracle working power of God for healings, miracles, deliverance, salvation, signs and wonders.

Family

We are building strong families and a strong church that will pass our faith to the next generation.

Diversity

We are a people of many colors, men and women, young and old, rich and poor, pursuing a common vision.

Harvest

We are obeying our mandate to share the Gospel, first in our city, then to the ends of the earth.

We believe God prospers His people for the purpose of extending His Kingdom.
