Cell Ministry
Lighthouse has a Dream. It is a Dream of transforming our city and the regions beyond with the power of the Gospel. A key part of fulfilling the Dream is power of multiplication through cells. This cellular vision provides the structure we need to handle a great harvest of souls. Our strategy for reaching this great multitude is four fold.
- Win - We are going to be even more involved in reaching out to people and seeing them saved.
- Consolidate - We will "make solid" those who make a commitment to Christ, getting them to the Encounters and planted in a cell group.
- Disciple - We will obey the command of the Lord Jesus to make disciples by bringing people through the Believers Growth Strategy, equipping them to be soul-winners and disciple-makers.
- Send - We will send people into the harvest field to win others, consolidate them, and disciple them-continuing the process of multiplication.
Our Dream is to radically impact our community for Christ and win it for the glory of God! We are believing for 10% of the souls in our region to be in our church. Ultimately, we are believing God for a totally transformed city where the majority of its citizens are Christians and it is hard for people to go to Hell around here! And we will take this Dream to other cities and plant other churches as God enables us!
There is a multitude in you. This strategy unlocks that multitude and great fruit will result. Just think of it.

We are launching this strategy right now! We are currently training cell leaders who will then start their cells and raising up their twelve by the middle of April!
